EasyAI provides access to various AI models for content generation, including but not limited to GPT-4o, nano-banana, FLUX Kontext, and Sora. You are responsible for your use of these AI tools and the content you generate.
All content available on the Service, including designs, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and the selection and arrangement thereof, is the exclusive property of EasyAI or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
You retain ownership of content you create using our AI tools. By using the Service, you grant EasyAI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license (with the right to sublicense) to use, reproduce, modify, format, publish, translate, display and distribute such content in any and all media or distribution methods (now known or later developed).
Content generated by AI models through our Service may be subject to the terms and policies of the underlying AI providers. You are responsible for ensuring your use of AI-generated content complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.

If you purchase a subscription or service from us, you agree to pay all charges associated with your selected plan. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Our Service may operate on a credit-based billing system where AI operations consume credits. You are responsible for monitoring your credit usage and purchasing additional credits as needed.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which EasyAI operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Some countries' courts will not apply the laws of these jurisdictions to some types of disputes. If you reside in one of these countries, then where the laws of these jurisdictions would apply, your country's laws will apply to such disputes related to these Terms.
